Being a Go-jek driver must have agreat motivation in order to be able to provide good service to customers. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of gratitude on the quality of service for online motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of Pekanbaru. The subject of this study consisted of 98 people consisting of 95 men and 3 women, starting from the age range of 20-40 years. The side technique used was convenience sampling technique. The instrument used in this study is the scale of gratitude and scale of service quality. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression techniques.Based on the results of statistical analysis it is known that there is a significant influence between gratitude on service quality with the value t = 7.651 and sig = 0,000 (p <0.05) with an effective contribution of 0.379 or 37.9%. This means that 37.9% of the service quality of online motorcycle taxi drivers (Go-jek) is affected by gratitude, while 62.1% is influenced by factors that have not been studied. It can be concluded that online motorcycle taxi drivers who have a high sense of gratitude will provide good quality service, because someone who has gratitude will give positive things to people around and there is good quality service.
